7 Months Old (30 Weeks)

Ty tomorrow March 29, 2013 you will be officially 7 months old! WOO HOO!

This week your Grandpa came to visit you!
You had a lot of fun playing with grandpa.

Grandpa would pretend there was water in your plastic stacking cups, and when you would take the cup from grandpa you would try to drink out of the cup.
You liked grandpa's watch it was Very shinny!

You guys also played with the giraffe popper. Every time the balls would pop you would tip the giraffe over so it wouldn't pop anymore.

You are having a ball in your bouncer! You LOVE to bounce in that thing! You like to play the music and grab for the toys hanging from the bars. Daddy will pretend to bounce to and that really gets you going.

Here you are after eating some carrots. Grandpa says you have the Justin Beiber haircut!

We are still working on crawling. You are getting better at propping yourself up. Mommy has been able to get your knees under you a few times and you start rocking.

It's kinda hard to tell in this picture, but if you looks closely your one eye brow is raised. If Daddy and I talk to you or make a funny sound you will raise one if not both of your eyebrows its really cute!

Here you are trying to take Mommy's phone. You love playing with my phone! You actually got sweet potatoes all over my phone the other day.

You also LOVE to take Mommy's cup. Whatever Mom is drinking you want to drink. Here you are playing with my cup after I had some Green Tea. I made sure it was empty before you started playing with it, or else we would have had a huge mess! Whenever I have water you like to grab for my cup and drink some water too. I have tried giving you water from a sippy cup but you hate it! You scream at me. We have a million different kind of sippy cups and you hate them all.

This past weekend Daddy and I took you to Indy to go shopping. Daddy need some new shoes for work and of course we had to get a couple things for you. We went into Old Navy and picked you up a couple pairs of socks and Micky Mouse Swim Trunks. The socks from Old Navy are the best because they fold over and don't fall off your feet. You did a great job in both of the stores we went too. Evening the boring shoe store, you didn't make a peep.

We made sure to drive down to Indy during your first nap, that way once we got to our stores you would be awake and happy.

Here you are playing with Daddy in his office. We set up a little spot in Daddy's office where you can play. It has a few toys and some books. The toy you are playing with in the picture is a Mickey Mouse See and Say. It used to be Mommy's when she was little.

Speaking of Mickey Mouse. You love Mickey. Mommy will turn on the TV show or even find a video on the computer, and every time you see Mickey you get so excited!

This was your first Hard Rock Cafe shirt. Grandpa got this for you when he was in New York.

Last week I told you how we are sleeping training. Ty you know how to keep Mommy and Daddy on our toes, because you learned a new trick. You have figured out that if you flip over on your belly and scream that we will come get you. You decided to do this all through the night.

The first time you flipped over your belly was when I was putting you down for a nap. I put you down for a nap and went downstairs. I could hear you fussy pretty loud on the monitor.  After 5 minutes I went upstairs to check on you. When I came upstairs you were on your belly, pulling down the bumper, and looking out of the crib. When you saw me you started laughing!

In the family room we have a plastic tub full of foam blocks for you to play with. You like to dump all the blocks all over the floor and play with the plastic tub instead of the blocks.
Look at those eyebrows!

Sometimes you play in your pack n play. You will play there for a few minutes if Mommy needs to get something done or needs to get something to eat real quick.

Here are a few more pictures from our shopping trip to Indy.

We also visited Nona's house for the first time. You got to play with some of Daddy's old toys.

You are also starting to reach out for Mommy and Daddy. If you are in your bouncer and want picked up you will lift up your arms for us to get you. Today before we put you down for a nap Daddy was rocking you, and you reached out your arms for Mommy to hold you.

Mommy LOVES you in this green sleeper. It has sweet pea's all over it! The green color looks great with your green eyes. I think your green eyes are going to stay just like Mommy's green eyes!
